Photos start at 12:00pm so if you can be there by 11:30-11:45am to get your bouquet and help the men pin on their flowers, that would be wonderful. Ally and Summer should have the flowers there before noon! Jacob, myself, photographer, Taylor, Kaitlyn will be coming from the venue.
Order of photos will be flower girls, ushers/PAs, bridesmaids and groomsmen, family.
3pm ceremony starts at Sixteen03 Events Bismarck
4pm party bus for wedding party, personal attendants, and ushers only (28 max capacity).
5:15pm grand march
5:30pm dinner
There will be two ‘free’ kegs and 24 ‘free’ bottles of wine for all the guests and a $1,000 bar credit for wedding party and family only.
7pm toasts
8:30pm-ish Raffle. Logan Staigle will have tickets & collect cash, Paul, Casey, & ushers are salesman.
9pm to 11pm Radisson shuttle runs
9pm empty bridal suite gifts and belongings into Sprouts escalade, anything left in there will go to Jacob and Sam’s house
12am to 1am two passenger vans are booked to give anyone rides from 1603 to the Radisson. Uber discounts available also.

There is a parking lot thing so you can park there or the street, but you can also park on the street. I will put the door code in here when I know it (this link isn’t visible to anyone else).
I have one strange ask, whenever you see ANYTHING photo worthy at any point with me or jacob or both PLEASE try and remember to snag a pic. Also let’s take all the selfies and group photos. I suck at photos and I want to be selfish and try to really remember to take a bunch. You all have asked how you can help, and this would mean more to me than anything you could help me with :)
I will give you all of your bridesmaid gifts at the rehearsal, please bring this with you to get ready at the airbnb if you’re getting ready there. This includes your sweatshirt and necklace for the wedding!
Getting ready dress code: BLACK tank/bra/shorts/leggings + COMFRT SWEATSHIRT (provided).
Have inspo for hair and makeup if you’re getting it done please. I do not care what you do, just don’t look better than me ;)
If you have stuff at the airbnb, please try to keep it tidy/your stuff with your stuff. You are more than welcome to leave it there, but please try and grab it from the airbnb by 10am on Sunday. If not, it’ll go to my house to be picked up whenever.
For photos at noon @ the Capitol, the order will be flower girls, PAs/Ushers, Bridesmaids/Groomsmen, Family. Once your group is done, you can head back to the venue if you’d like - Kaitlyn & Taylor at some point between like 1-2 would you mind running to the airbnb (if you haven’t already) to make sure everything is cleaned up and food isn’t out or anything. Then meet at venue!
Don’t buy us drinks at the venue and don’t use the credit on us (Jacob and I). The venue won’t charge us for drinks, not sure if they will let you get us a free drink but we’ll find out day of. Instead of buying us a drink, buy a couple raffle tickets :D There are two free kegs (busch + mich ultra) and 24 free bottles of wine offered to all wedding guests. Try to use those up before the $1000 credit to make it last longer! Also hint on the free wine, order the nice stuff. They just serve free shit until we’ve run out of 24 bottles, they don’t have special wine that’s the free stuff.
If you have a significant other, just know that you have a chance of being chosen to be the copy cat kisser at dinner. Whenever someone clanks their glass, the DJ has a list of couples he’ll pick from to come up and do some sort of kiss that Jacob and I have to copy! Sorry can’t get off the list.
AT 9:00PM EVERYTHING in the bridal suite at sixteen03 will be going into Jacob’s dad’s escalade and to our house in Mandan that night. Anything left in there at 9PM will be taken to Sam and Jacob’s house and can be picked up whenever. I would recommend making sure you have your purse, keys, wallet, important stuff. Once everything has been loaded into the escalade (give it an hour or so), you can put personal stuff back in there for safe keeping for the remainder of the night but remember to grab it before you leave.
As far as an after party, we’re down but also have no idea how we’ll feel in the moment. That’s gonna be a play it by beer situation, but if we do it’ll be back at the airbnb.
MOST IMPORTANTLY LET’S PARTY AND HAVE SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Pick up donuts @ Bearscat Bakery (State Street) - 1914 N 12th St, Bismarck, ND 58501. You are picking up 300 donuts to deliver to the venue. They are already paid for. At the venue, you will find either Grego (yes, Greg-o I think) or Brittany and they will know what to do with them.
10:30am - taylor & kaitlyn
Drive Sam to the venue for her first look with Jacob :) If you could hang out in the bridal suite while we’re there, that would be great - ya’ll can have snacks or a beer, help yourself. I may need you to help with the dress for some shoots depending! You MAY end up driving us to photos, we shall see.
11:00am - 11:30am - summer & ally
Pick up florals @ Love Always Bismarck - 1301 Mohawk Street, Bismarck, ND 58501. Bring to the Capitol for photos. If you beat us there, please just wait :)
They will come with large carrying cases - I have two weeks to return them to the florist, so just make sure I get them from you. If you have time during photos/before ceremony you can take them to my house and leave them in the garage. Code is 0302.

Photos at the Capitol. I obviously want photos with all of you, but please also be around to help with literally anything dress maneuvering and fluffing, finding people, entertaining people hahahh and such.

Tidy up airbnb, we will be coming back I just want to make sure it’s not a complete mess. Everyone should keep their personal items relatively tidy. You can pretty much do this at any point, so if there’s a better time to do it feel free!!! (Ally and Summer stay for pics)

I need you guys to take notes at the rehearsal the night before, follow the ceremony processional list, and be able to give everyone cues for when to go. I’ll help at the rehearsal too. Once the junior bridesmaids and groomsman go down, you guys can sneak around to the front row if you want. Your seats are reserved.

I need you guys for moral support LOL maybe a quick couple sips of beer before the ceremony and also to fluff my dress before I walk down the aisle :) if you have my dress in a good position, go ahead and go in to the front row, your seats are reserved (or back whatever you want to do!!)

If Sam is not in the bridal suite before, at EXACTLY 3:55pm, please grab Sam from the receiving line and take her in the bridal suite to bustle her dress (I will have a video of how to do this). This is very important, even if there are more people left she HAS TO GO AT THIS TIME.
4:10pm - 5:10pm - party bus!
We will ALL get on the party bus! Unfortunately we can’t do spouses, and one or two people may need to ride behind so the photographer can come in but we will figure that out when we’re there unless someone wants to volunteer (do not feel like you have to lol).
Don’t need much except SUMMER keep your phone on you and available - the DJ is going to call you and get an approx. time of arrival back at the venue. We have to be back by 5:10pm - he told us that. His name is Dave Granlund (507) 475-3340. You’re also the POC for the videographer too (same company, Harmon), Raven Shone (701) 630-2160
9:00pm - EVERYONE
Empty bridal suite belongings, gifts, and cards into Sprouts black escalade (license plate “SPROUTS”), anything left in the bridal suite after 9:00pm will go to Jacob and Sam’s house before the end of the night. Ushers will put coolers and other large pre determined items in Jacob’s truck. Clean up the bridal suite.
Also please do NOT feel like you can’t party until after the last job at 9:00pm. I know damn well a nice buzz makes anyone more productive, I have faith ya’ll can do both <3
